B-Hyve K9 offers dog training, daycare, boarding, and grooming services to the Salt Lake County community. Clients have a variety of options including group classes, private (one-on-one) sessions as well as board & train programs to get your dog on the right track.
Owned and operated by Rob Barlow, Rob has always felt a strong bond with his dog companions as he was growing up. Rob has trained all his family dogs with ease and confidence, even as a young child, and got into K9 competitive sports in 2006 by joining a Schutzhund Club where he learned skills in how to train various dog breeds in tracking, obedience, and protection.
In 2006, Rob joined the Utah National Guard and was deployed to Iraq in 2010. While deployed Rob was able to work with some of the Military K9's who were on the same base.
Rob will work one on one with you and your dog with a program designed to your specific needs. This includes obedience and other specific training needed for your dog.
Our Doggy Daycare is an indoor area which is temperature controlled to ensure your dog stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Our kennels have a state of the art drainage system which allows daily cleaning and maintenance more effective and efficient.
While your dog is on our care, take advantage of our grooming services including brush outs, baths, nail trims.
B-Hyve K9 offers a variety of group training classes including Obedience, AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC), Nose Work/Scent Work, K9 Fitness, and Personal Protection.
